Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate (SAPP )food grade can be used in below food products. Used as leavening agent in baking food, it can control fermentation speed. When used in instant noodles, it can reduce the rehydration time of finish products, and not stick. When used in cookies and cakes, it can shorten the fermentation time, reduce the rate of products breakage, can extend the storage period.
